ok so ive self diagnosed myself with depression. I am always negative, hazy feeling, cry easily ect. I have had a skin condition for 2 years not it comes and goes and shit but it gets me really down. Only time im happy is with friends. Told my rents about weather i should seek professional help but they told me to stop being stupid. I realy want anti-depressants so i can focus on my schoolwork this year with a clear mind. I dont know any side affects or how to seek help. It will be hard for me since i live in dubai...

u should go to the dr. the pills really dont have any bad side effects for me besides feeling really happy and hyper all the time otherwise just see a counsellor. just go the dr even if ur parents say no. the dr will call ur parents when u get there and ask there permission to diagnose u

just go to the doctors, they've got to be confidential with your information & diagonsis so your rents wont find out.
and there they'll tell you about the possible side-effects.
