See that is the problem you lied too much, therefore no one can trust you anymore. When you were younger you might of lied, but only like as a joke. Now that you're older you need to try to stop the lying. Rape is a serious issue today in society and it is nothing to joke about. I definitely thought That you're dad should of been more compassionate about your situation. I'm not sure what you lied about when you were younger, but it seems like the lies were pretty serious.

How do you know that she got raped? How do you know she's not lying or joking? Her own father thinks she is a liar, I would think he's in a better position than you to know whether she only lied about small things as a child, as opposed to major things now. Why would this girl lie about a black man robbing and beating her and carving letters on her face because she is a McCain supporter?

I don't know anything about the OP, other than what she has posted here, and neither do you. I take a neutral position on whether she lied or whether her father is over-reacting. What I do know is that she admits she has lied, has a reputation in her family for lying and has some major emotional/psychological issues. Maybe you should also reserve judgment, instead of bulling ahead oblivious to everything just because you want to believe.

2) She has admitted she lied as a child, you blind idiot. Children lie. I lied, about some weird shit, because of the stuff I was going through. And I know that my parents would not think I were lying now, mainly because I gre out of it.

I have actually spoken to this member through PM before about this...I probably know more about the situation than you do.

And therefore, I'm inclined to believe her. Not because I want to, because to believe it would be fucking disgusting. But she's never appeared to be someone who has wanted pity or attention, but has used an internet forum to get off her chest she cannot irl.

And yeah, I don't know her in real life to know what she's saying is absolutely fact. But you've jumped leaps and bounds yourself, into conclusions that have no real basis.
