i am basically scared to outside my house.. blah blah blah.. anyway i had an opticians appointment so i had to face my fear and i ended up missing 3 buses waited for ages ( it is raining really heavy and really windy so it felt like pellets being fired into my face) and i pigeon s**t on me and i am freezing and i feel like shit. how the fuck am i meant to get over my fear when every time i go out something bad happens aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!
