tuition is 41,000 so i really need as much aid as i can get preferably grants

i want to start in decwmber but they want to use my parents 07 taxes to determine my fin. aid. but if i wait till next semester theyll use their 08s right? or will they only use mine since i only lived with my parents till end of may 08. its ITT Tech.
