I wanna make some yummy macaroni salad, but i hate the deli-style. It has a sharp taste to it, i'd rather it somewhat blander.

anyone know any good recipes?

My mom makes an excellent Macaroni Salad.

here is the recipe:

2 cups cooked macaroni, drained, rinsed, cooled
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
pepper, to taste
