I've been majorly stressed out recently and I'm just looking for Ideas to relieve stress. I find it best if I can break something.

Anybody have any Ideas of something cheap I can buy a lot of just to break? I'm thinking of buying a wholesale lot of broken cell phones on ebay or something

We have a giant freezer full of ice.
When I get stressed out I grab a bag and throw it against the ground until it all breaks apart.
This proves to be convenient when I want a glass of ice water and don't have to worry about breaking the ice apart.
