It's important to finish as much of your education as possible before the baby is born, because it becomes much harder afterwards. You'll have to find, pay and rely on daycares so that you can continue, which is a battle unto itself, aside from simply being a mother and a student. It sounds as though you may be early in your pregnancy and your school is not aware of your pregnancy, because I cannot see any self-respecting school forcing a largely pregnant woman into gym classes. You should speak with your Principle or School Counselor and retract yourself from PE. It's only recommended you do lighter, preferably low-impact exercises during pregnancy like swimming, yoga, eliptical running, aerobics and walking.
