For example, some people think that their sole purpose in life is to accumulate wealth. But you cannot take your material possessions with you when you die.

Thats why the purpose of life is to have offspring.

For all your wealth, fame and accomplishments you have made in your life the only thing that is not destroyed or undone is your offspring since they will live on, long after you have perished.
