my friend is flippin awesome. So like I texted him last night because I was going through some stuff, and I felt like I didn't want to live anymore, then this morning on the hall he gives me this heart with the word happiness on it, it made me smile. He's so incredible

It's really nice to hear that you have a good best friend. It's wonderful to see such a close friendship between a male and a female without it being romantic in any way. Don't listen to anyone who says that you should *hook up.* Don't get me wrong, if you guys really feel strongly for each other in that sense, I'm not telling you to ignore those feelings. However, it seems like you have such a strong relationship as it is and an attempt at a relationship can ruin everything. Just be careful. Make sure that you are moving at a pace in which you are *both* comfortable with. It's really hard to find such a good friend and you should consider yourself to be very fortunate and very lucky. Remember, sometimes a best friend relationship or brother-sister relationship can be much more fulfilling than even a romantic relationship. Just take things one day at a time and see where life takes you.
