They're probably really dry and somewhat depleted of oxygen. Don't wear your lenses today, and maybe not tomorrow either, and try using some comfort drops for moisture. They'll be okay again in a few day's time.

So you're in week 2? I've done this once before.  What I did is not wear them that day and of course night and wear then the next day after that. and continue on as usual.

Week 1 - Sleep in them
Week 2 - Take them out every night.

Thats my schedule.
