She refers to me as one of her best friends, but she never wants to hang out with me. She's spent entire days talking to me on AIM, but when I ask if I can go over to her place or if she wants to come over or go somewhere with me and a friend she always says no, or some other time, etc. We live about 5 minutes walking distance apart from eachother.
I really don't get it.
