You feel trapped with no way out and think that nothing can ever help you, that you're lost in the world on your own. You feel there is no end to a winding path of unhappiness, hate and pain and you feel no-one understands you. You start to isolate yourself, shut yourself off from the outside world and bottle things up inside...
