i don't cut my wrists.
they're too obvious.
i cut my hips.
i know, that sounds stupid. but it always helped me. but I HATED DOING IT. and without telling anyone at all that i'd been doing it for months, i stopped. it was hard. i stopped for a whole week. and i was so proud. it was a week yesterday.
what did i do today?
cut.
but the blood scared me so much this time... this is more ashamed than i've ever been.

To me if you stopped for a week it shows you can do it. Next time, when you are ready try stopping for two weeks. Keep doing that, even if you start cutting again, just try and stop longer each time and it will get easier.
