I don't care. America is fun to make fun of. It just goes with being a highly nationalistic nation who is so full of themselves that they'd rather spew nonsense than seem like a fool in turn makes them seem foolish.

That's almost more amusing than the answers in that video. I can't really think of anyone I've met THAT dumb, and I've met quite a few. There's a lot of us that don't have the sharpest geography skills, but nothing to that degree. To be honest, I've encountered geographical ignorance in probably equal levels in America and Europe, but who knows if that accurately reflects the majority.

The only reason you would get "bombarded" for this would be because these stereotypes have been reiterated countless times on LW, I've seen this video posted at least a couple times for example, and it gets to the point of where condescension gets old, especially since as a nation we're quite self-conscious. But for the most part, we make fun of ourselves as much as any lefty EU country.
