The difficulty can vary between different school, different classes, and different teachers. Often different teachers for the same classes may be harder or easier (for example, I had a Biology class with one professor that was pretty easy, but people who took the same class with a different professor found it nearly impossible). But there ARE some not-so-great universities. Harvard, obviously, is going to be harder than a little no-name state college in Kentucky.
