I have a big problem.
I seem to be crying everyday these days.
I just start crying out of no where.
My life never seems like its going to get better.
Nothing seems to make me happy anymore.
Whenever things start to get good again, something worse than before happens.
I dont know how to get back to the happy girl I used to be...

Well, why do you feel that way?

Hankey is right, we shoudl'nt let the pain build-up without letting go, or eventually we'll break down when we can't take it anymore . .

Life always has its ups and downs, we all know that, but what makes us truly happy is how we perceive the situations we are in. Do you see pain as suffering or a challenge? Or the opportunity to do something, and put the pain behind you?

It will be a good idea to share your feelings witha  close friend first - anybody whom you can absolutely trust, then you strat to put two and two together . .

DO your best, and don't clame yourself over things you can't control, but take a look from the other side, and you'll feel much better . . Appreciate the little that we have, or even that may be taken away from us ...

Remember the 90/10 rule, 90% of life is decided by how we react to the 10% of life that we can't control . .  It takes time to get over this, but you can work up the steps one at a time, instead of always dreading problems, start finding solutions and working them out sintead of crying. And even if you fail to solve the problem, you know you did what you could and it was beyond your control . . And despite that, you can be at peace with yourself knowing you did everything in your ability to overcome it, event hough it didn't work out as planned . . Thats the spirit of never giving up - One day you'll get out eventually . .  you just have to keep trying . .Once you stop, thats pretty much it . .
