Exercise, volunteer.

Basically take control of the stress and sublimate it into something productive.

Play air soft or something vigirous. Play dodge ball. Get a stress reliever. Also sex is said to be a great stress reliever. ^^

i get really frustrated and angry, and that usually puts me in a bad mood n then ill probably takeit out on my family, then theyll realise that i was just stressed, and ill realise what ive done, then ill think everything thru clearly, then yeah....lol.....its just this huge stupid cycle :) lol

When I'm completely stressed out, it seems like I have anger management problems, and tend to get frustrated easily, hit things, scream at people.
But after all that's said and done, I usually hop in the shower and stand in there under the hott water for at least an hour.
It seems to calm me down.
