First of all, you need to do something about your anxiety attacks. Tell your parents about it, and go to a therapist. They can help you overcome them. But in the short run, before you start to go, here's something you can do: Close your eyes and take deep breaths and imagine yourself somewhere--anywhere you feel safe, somewhere beautiful that you can picture in your mind. Put yourself in that place and breathe, until you feel calm again. Tell yourself that you will be fine. I think a lot of problems will go away when you can control your anxiety. As for people not taking you seriously, try to be more constant around people. Take their feelings into account before you speak. Think before you piss somebody off. Also, making new friends can help. Even the smallest thing can help you make friends--lend a pen to somebody in class, or comment on a book they're reading or the band on their T-Shirt. Friends can help, so not having them can be really difficult in times like you are going through. Change. Don't talk about wanting to change, but actually make an effort to change. Make yourself happier, even if it's false, and the feeling will come.
