For example, I was listening to "Beautiful" and now I have to continuously repeat the lyrics "You are beautiful no matter what they say, words can't bring you down" in hope that I'll believe I am beautiful. But I don't believe any of that. I can hardly look in the mirror without feeling disgusted with myself. And words do bring me down. I hate myself for letting them get to me, but they do. Anyway, anyone else feel like that sometimes?
