Theyll never look at me the same again, and they will wanna no why and i cant explain it to them.

They'll get over it eventually though. If they don't, tough, but you honestly can't do shit about it. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend doing that, even if you're desperate. Psychiatrists are nothing but trouble, generally speaking.
