Of course you should try and get some help, but if you do not want any, thats your choice. i dont think u should be put in a mental institution wasting ur worthless life away feeling down all the time. thats not really living. can u guys help me with other reasons why u think choosing if you want to live or not is good?

Doctor assisted suicide is just that: the recognition of your right to choose and the doctors being allowed to provide you with a lethal dose of a drug. Of course, there are limitations on it such as the seriousness of your ailment, but it's still the same thing. If all you are going to say is suicide should be allowed for all then that's what it is going to be, a five second speech. There are different degrees to the issue of suicide and to ignore one is quite ignorant and goes against the very point of a persuasive speech. You can't persuade anyone if you can't even recognize their viewpoint. Did you not learn all of this in English class or something? I do believe in the last election another state legalized doctor assisted suicide. Maybe you can talk about that and how more and more places are talking about it and indeed legalizing it.
