| I've lost three people due to accidents, I know what you mean by tramatic memories. They are very hard to deal with... What happened in your situation? I don't know your past to help understand your reaction to accidents. |

My mom got hit by a driver who wasn't watching the lights. She is still traumatized by it... I also have friends that have been through a lot of accidents as well. so yes it is perfectly normal and understandble to be still affected by these painful memories. I hate to say this cause I know everyone else will say this but if it has been 5 years you should really talk to a pro about it. Hope things work out for you |
