I am not the skinniest, most athletic person. I really hate having to run and do gym class in front of all of these really athletic people. But the problem is; because I hate it so much that it's making so nervous that I feel sick. I get embarrassed having to be in shorts and a t-shirt. I have been really trying to lose weight so I wouldn't be so worried over how I look. Since school has started I have lost 9lbs. But I still hate how I look. Any ways I could get over this?
