As soon as I go around the side I see my friend come running out of the front of the house butt naked holding his clothes in his hand. I walk in on my girlfriend getting dressed. So after I saw that I just left. I haven't talked to either of them since this. Right now I'm just feeling really pissed, sad and something else right now. This friend of mine I had known since I was 3 and he was 4. So we go WAY back. This girl I had known my whole life since well we were neighbors. I don't know what to do right now, I've never had this happen before, I've been dumped before sure, but I've never caught my girl friend messing around with someone else before. I just don't know what to do.... Just really depressed

I just don't know what to do.... Just really depressed I understand you're really depressed right now, but eventually you're going to see them again, so you got two choices 1. Ignore them in your depression or 2. Talk to your friend about it.
