That sounds like the sort of side-effects that are only very rare and should be checked out. Aren't they the sorts of things that its supposed to be treating? (the depression in particular) Sweating and stomach upsets are generally and unfortunately a given when on antidepressants (i know they feeling- they suck). SSRI medications such as prozac and lexapro are supposed to take between 3 weeks to 3 months to be fully working and effective, so your depression and suicidal thoughts might have been there all along, just the medication hasnt started working yet.
