When you got a lot of time on your hands like me you got time to think. Thinking leads to worrying and that leads to sleepless nights. No sleep leads to stress then depression.

Am I the only one.

AND PEOPLE CALL THIS SUPPORT.

looool.

You're letting yourself worry, and get in the way of what you really should be focusing on. I mean, we all do it, but not all of us are conscious of it... and, at least you're aware of it. You can change this about yourself, if you work at it. Where does worrying get you? You're still in the same spot before and after. While it's good to be critical sometimes, it's best not to be critical all of the time. Life is much better spent without worrying, wouldn't you agree?

so change it.

Maybe get a job or find some kind of school or volunteer organization to join to not have so much free time.

You're not the only one. I haven't slept well in weeks. Damn this worrying.

Thinking makes me stay up. I use sleep pills for my insomnia. Thank god for sleeping pills, I'd be a mess without them.

nope.
i haven't been able to fall asleep till 4am on average the past few nights even though I lay down at 12:30/1am. Thinking too much. Except last night, last night had other reasons.
