Well, it's particularly bizarre because this area is hardly ever hit by anything like this. As in, never unless you count an F0 that did no damage really, and that was 30 years ago. So naturally it has everyone here freaked out. And yes, I'm lucky I have net and power, although net was out most of yesterday, and power was out for several hours. Given how many power lines I saw twisted in knots.... I'm surprised. |

| Oh, that sucks. My city was hit by a huge tornado three years ago, so when the season rolls around everyone is super paranoid. We just got a PA system that not only makes the alarm but a booming voice. It took out churches, that was it. |
