Today has just been one of those days. Last night it took me ages to get to sleep, because there were lots of parties going on in the halls, then when they finished and I was just about to get to sleep, I heard someone having an argument outside. Being on the ground floor, my flat mates and I hear everything. I blame this on the fact that I couldn't get myself up this morning. By the time I got ready and everything, I had half an hour to get to uni (which is how long it takes me normally). Anyway, I forgot about making sure I had extra time to get to the campus I needed to be at. All the campuses are on a hill, and so I started by walking up it, but then I couldn't seem to find it, so walked back down. Someone told me it was right at the very top (this is on a very long road!).

I was feeling really overheated by this point, and I figured I'd just look stupid if I got there late. People usually stare when you are. Most of them were getting driven there, so they wouldn't understand! So I sent my lecturer an e-mail saying I had a temperature (which was actually true!), and a sore throat (which was also the case), and she seems cool about it. I guess it couldn't have been that important, because when I asked about whether I needed to see her about collecting anything, she didn't mention anything in the e-mail.

This is my second day of uni, and a bad one!
Ah, well, at least I had a break from my course mates. I'll be in tomorrow mind for enrolment.

Awww, it sucks when that happens. I was too sick to go to college yesterday and I don't feel so great today so I haven't been in either, and now I'm scared that my teachers are gonna yell. :(
