my friend from college tried to kill himself and was sent away to a local hospital.

This kid though, you would least expect it. Unless he did a really good job pretending he was always happy. He was a hippie. He deffinately belonged in a different time period. He'd always smile and ask me to smoke with him. We'd sit by the water at school and just bullshit for hours.

He told me it was his roomate who tried to kill himself, but it was really him. He told me his roomate showed him the knife he was going to kill himself with. he even told me what hospital his roomate got sent away too.

When i found out it was him I got really sick feeling. I called the hospital and he's not there anymore.

:[ i just hope he's okay.

Wow that sucks. i have never had one of my friends try to commit suicide and im glad i have never had to experience that. But i hear about it all the time, and it usually happens to those you would least expect it. So take good care of your closest friends becuase even if they make you think they are ok, some of them might not be.

You should find your friend and let him know how much he means to you.  That sucks. :(

They might have literally meant "He's not here anymore"

ok.. 1. this isn't that nice to be honest. this person wants advice.
2. you could have worded that better. and more sensitively.

3. person that posted the original post- Just try and find where he is. keep trying. and you will eventually find this person.

xx

1. ya i know
2. Sensitivity isn't my strong side
