I'm wondering what you would do in my situation.
I'm at a community college looking to transfer so having a high GPA is very important, at this stage in my life.

I'm not the best writer and I have to take a freshman english class next semester.
I can take this professor that my friends said will get the easiest A and won't have much homework or I can see other professors and maybe get a teacher that assigns a lot of work and reading and could possibly learn more but yet not see the best grade.

What would you do?

-I want to learn, but struggling to keep up with other classes, 4 next semester, my GPA needs to be high. On the other hand if I dont learn it now, I know when I transfer I'm going to fall behind in my english writing abilities. But I need to get there first.

to learn. you might as well get the experience of a hard class your freshmen year before your next semester when you have to take a hard class. the learning classes help you with skills you'll need for the next class you need to take....unless you like coming out of an easy class and into a difficult one. I personally don't like the shock of everything changing in the blink of an eye-i like to be eased into it gradually. plus most freshmen classes have teachers that understand the fact that you'll need help...

Mostly to learn, but for that English class, it's better to take the easy one.

I do classes to learn but from what you've just said I would for sure go for the easier class. Who doesn't want an A with no effort?
