So I got a D- on the test, which is pretty much failing. I need to get a C and above in order for it to be acceptable for grad school otherwise I'd have to retake my whole course. Basically I need to score a 87% on my final test in order to get a C and above. My highest grade in the class is only a 68% in a test. So 87 is "out there".

I studied 8 hours for this test and got a D-. When studying, I can usually memorize the placement / order for a specific question. Like definitions, if I see the definition I can match up the word. But hwen they give me the word or rephrase the definition or something that is not excatly as I studied, my memory just blank.

What is the best way to study for a test? I'm adhd so if u are adhd and have your own personal learning style let me know.

For studying, I usually record my notes with my mp3 player and listen to myself talk about them over and over. That would depend on your style of learning though.

yeah, you're supposed to study for 8 hours every week in preparation for an exam.

not just 8 hours once.
