I too one to become a well-rounded student once I begin college. I was thinking about joining a fraternity but I'm not sure yet. But I do want to become involved in community service, a good group, meet many people, etc.

You can join just about any club that interests you. There are also fraternities and sororities. Here you develop lifelong friendships. Just be sure it's a legit association and not one that hazes and gets drunk at every opportunity.

Find what suits you. College is so open-ended with extracurriculars, there can be hundreds of organizations or clubs you can join. Just find a few and you'll be okay.
