Which is why you should be getting gymnastics lessons. You should have those two before you have anything else since those are foundation tricks. Anyways, formal training seriously helps with form and makes things easier. |

| *parkour If you live in a big city im sure you can find a group to train with. I remember a site that gave some info on this but I cant find it now. Ill post it when I can. |
