Ive never used a skipping rope before, and although I can jump over the rope, Im not doing it properly. I jump up way to much, I lift my legs too high and I just cant do the fucking thing properly. And Im trying not to left my legs u[p so high, but its so fucking hard, and Ive been practicing for ages, and its so fucking hard.
Anyone have any tips?
1. grab rope. 2. swing rope over body. 3. jump slightly. 4. repeat steps 2-3.
