i don't feel sore right away when i do it either... but i sure as hell do the next day... you should be careful... you could hurt yourself if you do too much and you're not used to it! |

You probably werent doing them correctly.
well, i had my feet flat on the floor, and I had my hands behind my head the whole time. I continuously went up, half way, paused for a second, and then went back down.
You're supposed to almost touch your kness when you come up.
thats like a crunch. i can do like 400 of those in 1 setting lol |

First off all, NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, put your hands behind your HEAD when working out. CROSS your arms and lay them across your chest. Putting them behind your head can do serious damage to your neck. Also, in laying your arms across your chest, you can make it a goal to touch your knees to your elbows each time you go up. |

| Honestly, you're doing them wrong. If you have never worked out before there is no way you could do 150 situps continuously. I thinky you also may confused on exactly what is a situp and what is a crunch. |

| guys, he's not doing it wrong. if anything he's building up more resistance. anyway, you probably just have a lot of muscle sitting under the fat lol. could be genetic. it's normal. hell, in this day and age, anything is normal. |

| Well, when you do crunches in order to tighten your stomach you don't come up all the way. You only come up half way, like you said. And, that is pretty impressive if you've actually done them the right way. But it is unusual that you're not sore. Usually, that would make you sore if you've never worked out before. |

You don't go halfway.
all the workout videos out there and my gym teacher always said to "go half way" and that touching the knees was wrong. so what exactly is the "right way"?? |
