Do the positives outweigh the insane amount of work this would entail?

Replies chinaman Posted at 4:14 pm on July 15, 2008 blueballz.... it depends on wat frat u wanna join... 1. if its social, then prepare to be destroyed and fail some classes 2. it its professional/community service, then it depends on whether you are gonna get anything out of it.... I'm in a professional frat and i've have to admit that my grades went a little down but not failing... but throughout rushing, i learned how to manage my time and stuff like that... so i feel better off now... All Frats are gonna tell you: don't join just for the connections, join because you want to join and you believe in the frat... Blueballs82 Posted at 6:21 pm on July 14, 2008 17 hours is a good bit of work, thank you very much.  Also, I'm an A student so I'm expecting to be able to dedicate plenty of time to studying, etc.  I'd probably work three shifts  week or so.  It's a big school so I'd probably have plenty of job opportunities.  Does anyone know exactly how much time I should expect to have to dedicate to the frat?
