THen her boyfriend comes over and starts yelling at my girlfriend, (he was apparently drunk,) I told him to back off and he shoved me, and then he threw his beer onto my girlfriend. I shoved him, he threw a punch, and I hit him in the face a few times. and was escorted out of the bar. well, now he apparently has a couple popped blood vessels in his eye and a broken nose. can i get charged when he threw the first punch
