Replies nik1 Posted at 10:36 am on Feb. 10, 2008 So you accept being treated the way you do?  It's ok for him to disrespect you?  As long as you permit it you have no hope for it to change.  I would suggest that you cut and run. Look in his eyes and say, "There are so many ways that I like you, such as; blah, blah,blah, but there are some things going on that I can no longer tolerate and here are some examples;........I want you to think about these things for a couple of days and tell me if and what you are willing to do to change them.  If not, I think we need to stop this relationship because I can no longer go on feeling the way I do. After you make your statement..... get up and walk away.  The ball is in his court.
