So I have a gf that doesn't sleep a lot, and she's says she's tired. And at first I would encourage her to go to bed earlier. At one point she did, and I was very impressed that she turned it around so quickly. Then she just stopped and she doesn't know why. All I know is that she spends hours at night on the internet, so I wanted to try to help her get back to where she was so I would disconnect it at a specific time.

She gets mad at me for obvious reasons, but I just don't want her to slip all the way back into getting 3hrs of sleep a night.

Does anyone have any advice. I'm not looking for leave it or anything like that, looking for a way that I can talk to her or help her.
