My boyfriend is very loyal, we've been together for about a year and this time next year, he'll be starting college and I'll be finishing up high school.

He won't be living on campus because our college we both plan to goto is only about 15 minutes away. I know we plan on staying together but are there any girls that had this problem of worrying what they'll be doing?

He assures me that he'll goto school for a few hours, come see me for about an hour then goto work. (that is the plan for the days he works) He will be getting paid to goto school because he's graduating first in his class so he doesn't need to work everyday.

Is it true that there is a better chance of keeping a relationship together in college rather than one in high school?

I just need to know beforehand that it is possible for two long-term, monogamous people to stay together. Even through the oh-so-tempting college.
Even though he won't be as exposed as he would be, living on campus.

Thanks to people who help.

The reason why people assume its easier to keep a relationship through college than during high school is one the maturity level, and two that there (usually) isn't as big of a collection of people around the same age as you.

I can understand your worry, but if he is loyal, it doesn't matter if there is 1 person or 1,000,000 people around him, he won't cheat.  All you can do is trust him, and if things go south, THEN try and fix/end it.
