Girls always seem to enter the relationship thinking they are going to somehow "change" the guy and it rarely works that way. He flirts because he enjoys the positive response he gets from people (girls in particular), not because he doesn't like you. So, if you can't live with it, end the relationship, but I don't think it's going to stop.

Always talk it out, ti's worth it, he may be clueless when it comes to noticing how you feel so you should give him a chance and explain how you feel to him, if he keeps on doing it, then maybe you should leave. It depends on you though...

You and your boyfriend are in a relationship now. To me that means commiting yourself to one person. Not "flirting" with other girls, especially right in front of you. You've only been going out for a month so it may take him some time to stop this ridiculous habit. I would have a talk with him and explain how it makes you feel. Because he is treating you like you don't matter by doing that. I wouldn't dump him just for that, he may not even realize he's doing it.

Maybe you should tell him how you feel.. Have a word hopefully then he'll either tone it down or stop altogether.
