No Carpenters, plumbers, electricians, pretty much no construction and maintenance workers. Sure in college you can study to become an Anesthesiologist but some people just don't have that kind of money for college or just don't want to spend that much time in college. You can get a decent job with out college. Those skilled workers have to also attend some sort of College/University level classes.  Plumbers, Technicians, they're not straight out of high school. They attend Technical Colleges, Vocational Colleges, Community Colleges. They have to.
