I saw it on dvd a while ago, and i was let down.... by all the talk i had heard i guess i expected something diffrent. it was good, and id like to see it in an acual theater but ...yeah....

BTW Tim Curry made a GREAT tranny... he was almost too good. lol.

Absolutely agree with Disco...its got to be done in a theater where they allow audience participation....when I first saw it on DVD i didnt even finish the movie....but in person with the throwing of rice and cards, the signing and dancing, the yelling back to the screen...AWESOME

Granted nothing beets seeing it in theaters, but when you have no access to the theater to see it DVD is second best.  

And i first saw it on a betamax copy that my dad has, and I saw it at the Oriental Theater in Milwaukee WI which holds the recored of showing it the longest.
