Sorry, I meant the past tense of "blow."
A. I just got blown by Rachel.
B. I just got blewn by Rachel.
C.I just got blowed by Rachel.

Or change the tense? Rachel just blew me. Which sounds best but is it technically correct?

I think it's "came"

'Rachel just blew me' is the best option, because the others are passive voice. Rachel's doing the action, so she should be the subject.

That's awkward because my name is Rachel. lol.
