I'm not too sure about the females peak age group but I am very attracted to this older female at work.. I do not know her, I suppose she just moved to our shift and I'd like to know her. Allot of older females like younger men and Im woundeinrg what are the ways about going to meet an older female and turn it out into a sexual confrontation not particularity right then and their but to plan something.. sexual. I don't want to just go to her and say "I think your gerougos, I would like to have sex with you" but maybe something to see her "freakly" levels .. if she's into that kind of stuff? Advice?

Now, although some older girls like younger guys they don't want ones that are immature. Usually, if they're going to date a substantially younger guy its strictly for a short term, physically orientated relationship. Therefore, you have to show her your mature enough to handle/give her what she wants in bed.
