Did you keep in touch with your friends and people from high school after you went to college?

Yeh i still see some of my close friends from school.
But most of them were idiots to be honest.
  Made better friends at college

I'm kind of relieved that a lot of people feel this way here. I really felt no need to keep contact with the morons that I had to tolerate during high school, but some people see that as antisocial behavior.

antisocial behaviour? nah i wouldnt call it that atall.
I mean you cant get on with everyone you ever meet in your life

Yeah, but like heaaatherlynn said, they kept hanging out together while I preferred my college friends over them. Oh well, what a shame

I always said that I would keep in touch with all of my high school friends after graduation...But so far I haven't talked to even one of them. I graduated almost a month ago, so thats kind of sad for me. :(

Not really. I didn't like most of the people I was friends with in high school enough to really bother.

Edit: We do have get togethers and whatnots, but it only speak with 2 of them while I'm actually at school past anything more than the occasional facebook message.

The vast majority of my friends go to the same college as me so it's obviously quite easy for me with them. But a couple of my friends moved away they kind of made other friends so we're not really as close.

I've kept in touch with...two of my old High School friend. Other than that, I've met people my age, and on the same maturity level sa me (not saying I'm mature...I'm somewhat immature, lol).

I'm going to College in September. Seeing as I left one school in year 10 with no friends and made no new friends at my other school, no, I won't keep in touch with school friends. Maybe just the ones that go to the same college as me, a few people have said they'd see me there.
Ndskewll Posted at 11:02 am on June 26, 2008
I'm not in college yet, but I'm hoping to keep in contact with most of the people that I'm close with. I have one year left of high school and I'm kind of terrified that I'll lose touch with my best friends (one of them might go to college in Tennessee).

I'm not in college yet, but I imagine I'll keep in contact with most of them. 6 of my good HS friends are going to the same college and the rest are pretty close by.
