Ok, I got two DUIs in Florida (blah blah blah, yes I know, I was an idiot) and they were both less than a year apart.  I am just wondering though, if any states will allow me to get a driver's license. I know most states carry over the previous driving record and all, but I'm sure there is at least one state that does not.  Here in Florida, they suspend your license for five years if you have two DUIs within five years of each other and after a year you can apply for a hardship license.  Ok great news, a year, for me, is almost up.  The bad news is, I'll have to enroll in a "special program" for the entire time I have my hardship license which will be until 2010.  Basically, I just want to get a driver's license and I am willing to move anywhere to do that.  I just need to know where.  Anyone have any tips?
