The other day at work, it was me, another kid, and my manager, my manager was leaving within the next half hour, and I overheard her tell the other kid that he had to take his break before she left. When he reminded her that I would still be here and therefore there would be someone still there, she said to him that she didn't want me to be left alone there. She also said to me directly not to work in the back and to be visible unless someone else was there. This has never been an issue before, as I was initially hired to close the store, alone, most days. Do you think she doesn't trust me any more?

Possibly, unless there was a policy change or something. She only worries about this with you, and no one else?

what would you have done to make her not trust you?
