Compared to living off campus or in the dorms, what's the difference as far as life?

Fenton Posted at 11:09 pm on May 4, 2008 Most schools require the freshmen to live on campus anyway, but I don't thing fraternities are worth it at all. It's very expensive, and you're by no means exempt from the majority of frat activities if you don't join one. Dorm life is beneficial to freshmen to freshmen because they're on campus, and therefore closer to campus resources (i.e., library, TA's office hours, etc).
