| Practice good sleep, nutrition and exercise habits. Every time I feel down it's because I haven't had much sleep. |

Write. but that only works somtimes. Im kind of like you, I have a great life, great friends, a boyfriend, family. Yet there is still somthing.....missing. I cry for no reason somtimes. I don't know whats wrong with me. My mom doesnt think I have depression. Im almost sure I do. Go to sleep, that will relieve you for a few hours. |

| Well this happens to me as well, I hate it with a passion that grows, I try to talk to the people that care about me like my friends, I try to keep myself busy by cleaning the house, and I write, because I'm a writer. |

I know how you feel, sometimes I get these terrible depressed thoughts for no reason at all. It IS like an attack, heh. Usually what helps me is talking to people. Or writing down how I feel in a journal or blog. Hope you're ok ^^ |

| A lot of teenagers suffer from what seems like chronic depression simply because of hormones. When I'm feeling bad, I like to 'get lost' in a book. |

| that's part of clinical depression, it often happens for no reason. you'll get through, just talk to people and do proactive things |
